The final exam consists in the presentation and discussion of a research thesis in front of a Committee. The reseach thesis is prepared under the guidance of a supervisor and deals with a research topic in physics in which the candidate’s original contributions must be highligthed.
The committee assess the work carried out taking into account both the quality of the job and the entire training path in terms of expected results and achieved objectives.
The details on the awarding of graduation marks, on the possible attribution of the praise and on the modalities of the final test are specified in Course Regulations.
